Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the chopped dill, parsley, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well.
Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the herb mixture.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the baked salmon with lemon and herbs hot.
